Connect Pivot to thousands of apps with Zapier
The Pivot Zapier integration lets you connect Pivot to thousands of other apps. Automate workflows by triggering actions in other tools when events happen in Pivot, or create Pivot resources from external events.
The Zapier integration uses your Pivot API key for authentication. You will need:
When setting up the Zapier integration, enter your API key and organization ID to connect your account.
Triggers fire when something happens in Pivot, starting your Zap automatically.

| Message Sent | Fires when a new message is sent in a room |
| Message Edited | Fires when a message is edited |
| Message Deleted | Fires when a message is deleted |
| Room Recording Published | Fires when a room recording is published |
| Room Recording Transcript Published | Fires when a recording transcript is ready |
| Block Response Sent | Fires when a block response is submitted |
Each trigger can be scoped to a specific room, space, or block using the subscription filters.
Actions let you create or modify things in Pivot from your Zaps.
